FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS - RIGHT TO EQUALITY
What are the meaning of the words or lines stated above?
Have you ever think it off?
let us just think about this for a while.....
what is government?
what for the government made?
is it working well?
in broad sense all the things in India are going well?
Consciously the answer'll be -ve.
Why?
What is the reason?
Where it comes from?
If all the basic needs of all the people of India is satisfied?
Whether all the fundamental rights given to the citizens of India are applicable to all or it is abstracted by others?
obviously the answer is no !
so, what can we call this as...

s... it shows mere the failure of the government.
not only in the field of education but in all departments even a peon in govt, sector gets a minimum of quarter lac per month and a principal/professor in private sector gets very less than that!!
Why these abnormalities?
What is the role of government to the public?
To treat all the citizens equally?
is it happens now?
India is divided into two:
The government India and the Private India
The government of India takes care of the citizens of Government India and it does noteven thinks about the Private India
the citizens of private India are sold as slaves in the hands of capitalists!
There are no adequate mechanism to monitor the lifestyle, plus-minus of the people those are working the private sector.
The owner/major stake holder is lord of all the people working under his/her firm
It may be school, textiles, shops, factories whatever it may be...
The functions, rituals and whatever the family functions should be fixed with the permission of the head of the institution or else leave on that particular day will not be entertained and salary deduction or dismiss activity will be taken on the respective staff.
shall the same can be implemented on the govt staff?
So, finally the same system the ZAMINDARI system which is followed in oldern days is taken a new form as PRIVATE system, where there is no value for humans but for the production.
just we shall take the story of two teachers of private and government sector:
ROLE OF A PRIVATE SHCOOL TEACHER:
1.HE SHOULD BE IN TIME THE CLASS, IF NOT SALARY WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR THE ENTIRE DAY.
2.OTHER THAN SUBJECT HE/SHOULD BE IN-CHARGE ANY OF THE EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.
3. HE SHOULD ABIDE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SCHOOL, SUCH THAT..
HE/SHE ENTER INTO THE SCHOOL BEFORE THE STUDENTS ENTERS. i.e. BEFIRE 7.25 AM
HE/SHE SHOULD LEAVE THE SCHOOL ONLY WHEN ALL THE STUDENTS LEFT THE SCHOOL i.e. AFTER 6.00 PM
HE/SHE TAKE HER LUNCH IN FRONT OF THE STUDENTS ONLY BY TAKING CARE OF THE STUDENTS
HE/SHE SHOULD NOT DO THE CORRECTION WORK INSIDE THE CLASS
HE/SHE SHOULD NOT BE IDLE DURING THE SUBSTITUTION CLASS
HE/SHE SHOULD NOT SCOLD THE STUDENT
HE/SHE SHOULD PUNISH THE STUDENT
THE CHILDRENS'LL LEAVE THE SCHOOL FROM 4.15 PM BUT ALL THE TEACHERS SHOULD NOT LEAVE THE SCHOOL BEFORE 6.00 PM
4. ALL THE TEACHER SHOULD MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING RECORDS:
LESSON PLAN
WEEKLY PLAN
ACTIVITY REGISTER
MEETING REGISTER
TEST REGISTER
ASSEMBLY EVENTS REGISTER
WORKSHOP REGISTER
5. EVEN THE COLLECTOR ANNOUNCES THE LEAVE ON RAINY SEASONS, THE TEACHER SHOULD NOT TAKE LEAVE WITHOUT THE PERMISSION FROM THE MANAGEMENT i.e HE/SHE SHOULD PROVIDE LEAVE LETTER FOR TAKING LEAVE ON THAT DAY TOO.AND SALARY WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR THAT DAY.
6. EACH CLASS TEACHER SHOULLD APPOINT A SPY IN THEIR CLASS ROOM TO MONITOR AND REPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF OTHER STUDENTS
7. THE PRINCIPAL SHOULD APPOINT A SPY AMONG THE TEACHER TO MONITOR THE ACTIVITIES OF ALL TEACHER - THAT TEACHER WILL BE GIVEN LESS NO, OF HOURS THAN THE OTHER TEACHERS
8. THE TEACHERS SHOULD ATTENEND THE WORKSHOP (CONDUCTED BY PUBLISHERS, CHAIRMAN, CORRESPONDENT, CO-ORDINATOR, PRINCIPAL, VICE-PRINCIPAL - EACH ONE DAY) IN THE SUNDAYS
9.HE/SHE SHOULD IMPRINT THEIR THUMB BEFORE 7.25 AM AND AFTER 6.00 PM AND SALARY WILL BE DEDUCTED THEREAFTER FOR EVERY MINUTE
10. HE/SHE SHOULD NOT CARRY MOBILE POHNES IN SCHOOL
